Stayed for three nights in total out of 8 nights of our tour. Though hotel location is 15 minutes from Leh Market , hotel is very beautifully located with scenic view of mountains. Two nights we have balcony view of mountains and enjoyed very much. Room service , hot bathing water , tasty food in buffet at BF / Dinner all was really wonderful.All staff is smiling , welcoming nature. They supplied us with hot water bags which helped us to manage cold during nights initial days. Overall satisfying experience .

Excellent stay in The Karma Residency. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, especially adrak wali chai made by kitchen head. He was very gentle and understood the taste of the client. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. One request to the people coming from plain areas, please be humble to the localities. Special thanks to Thayas as he arrange my site seeing perfectly without any hustle and the driver was also very respectful and well behaved. Highly recommended , and I will surely come again .

Good location with very nice view from all the rooms. Clean room & washroom. Spacious & well lit rooms. Very generous, cooperative staffs and incredible service provided by them. Peaceful location & very near to Leh Main Market & airport. They have in-house restaurant too, which has very good food and service. They also have tours & travels, with very reasonable pricing & the best package. Highly recommended!

Just wrapped up an incredible stay in Leh, and this hotel truly exceeded expectations in every way.From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out’warm, genuine, and always attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the mountains that made every morning special.The food deserves a special mention’fresh, flavorful, and with a great mix of local Ladakhi and familiar options. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience.Location-wise, it was perfect’close enough to the main areas, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. The staff also helped with travel tips and arrangements, which made our trip smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. If you're visiting Leh and want comfort, great service, and a memorable stay, this place is absolutely worth it.
