The hotel advertises 24/7 hot water and shows guests their best rooms along with supposedly working geysers before check-in. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The rooms provided were old, poorly maintained, and did not match the photos shown online. The geysers in our rooms were not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable.What was even more disappointing was the lack of cooperation from the staff. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they were like you can take your luggage and move somewhere else.Overall, my experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend looking at other hotels near Market Road in Leh, where you may find better value, service, and facilities.

We stayed here for 2 days. Very nice and co-operative staff. Won't say no to anything. We took breakfast and Dinner. The served us tasty meal. Overall experience satisafactory. Would like come again. Parking space available.

The hotel was amazing. It was just 1.5 km from leh market. The rooms were soooo clean and the view was breathless. It was a value for money hotel, loved it. The service was also amazing, felt like home. Food tasted like heaven. The manager Rahul was so polite and friendly. Staff made sure smallest things were taken care of. Deepak the junior manager was also very jolly person. 10/10 ......must recommendable hotel in leh

The staffs were just amazing specially Deepak and the manager (Rahul). They were always at your service and they made sure you aren't facing any issues. They made sure we feel comfortable and at home and the best part they will try their best to know you more so that they can give you the best servic e. It was an awesome experience..just wonderful. The food, the views, the room service everything..! I am so happy!
