A very nice hotel with elevator which was great as had recently twisted my knee. The view from the top terrasse is 360?? to mountains around Leh, really worth the visit alone.The staff solved a minor problem fast and effectively and are very accommodating.The garden is nice to sit in with birds and Fort Road just a short walk away.So a home away from home but with mu h better service

We stayed at City Palace Hotel, Leh for 3 days and had a very comfortable experience. It was our first stay place in Leh.The hospitality of the staff was truly commendable ,they were always just a call away for anything we needed.The rooms were cosy, clean, and comfortable. Hot water for bathing as well as drinking was available 24??7, which was very helpful in the cold weather conditions of Leh.The food was served hot and was quite good. Being vegetarians, we were happy to see many options available for both breakfast and lunch. The staff was extremely cordial, polite, and caring throughout our stay.Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leh.

The interiors feel warm and welcoming, which is exactly what you want after a day of exploring the high-altitude terrain.’Pro-tip: As many fellow travelers suggest, definitely try to secure a room on the top floor. The views of the mountains and the Stupa from up there are absolutely breathtaking and offer a peaceful backdrop for your morning coffee.’Between the excellent location, the high-end feel of the rooms, and the stunning vistas, it’s easily one of the best spots to stay in Ladakh. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Family Stay

Excellent service by entire team. Excellent view of nature. Room heater supply & hot water supply is 24*7 which had helped us a lot as was travelling with my family. Very nice staff. Good food. Excellent view from roof top to Shanti stupa & Leh palace all time. Night view is also excellent. Come & have fun here.
