The hotel rooms are very tidy and clean, and all the staff are helpful, polite, and well-mannered. The food is also very flavorful and delicious.

Enjoyed a comfortable 4-day stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. A major plus is its close location to Leh market, only about a 10 to 12-minute walk away. The food served is delicious and clean. Definitely book this place if you're visiting Leh and want to stay near the market with great food and comfort.

Nice hotel, though I can't comment on the price since it was booked through a travel agency. Breakfast was decent, could be better. Dinner was very good, not spicy but flavorful. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very clean. The hotel offers a great view and is close to the market. Parking space is ample. Overall, a wonderful experience with very humble and helpful staff. Wifi was available and quite fast, around 10mbps.

This hotel experience was the worst I've ever had. The rooms were very dirty and badly kept, and the property did not resemble the photos shown online at all. The images gave completely false expectations. The bathrooms were unsanitary, the electricity was unstable, and the elevator was often broken, making the stay more difficult. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed no care for guests' issues. The food quality was very low and not worth the cost. This hotel was a total waste of money. I regret booking it and will never stay here again. If you're visiting Leh, avoid this place and pick one of the many other hotels with cleaner rooms, better service, and much better value. I strongly recommend others stay away from this property. After reading the reviews, I wonder who gave them good ratings. There are many better hotels. Maybe some reviews are paid. Never visit this suspicious place. They delete honest reviews. I ended up here because my SpiceJet flight was canceled, and this was the accommodation provided. So they shouldn't reject my review since I have all the proof that I stayed here.

A good place to stay with very polite and friendly staff. The wifi is somewhat slow, but everything else is excellent. The food is tasty as well. PS: Don't miss trying their gulab jamun.
