Had a pleasant stay at Regenta Hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention to Divyanshu, who was very polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.The rooms were comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. The only area for improvement would be the room mirror cleaning, which could be done more thoroughly to make the room experience even better.Overall, a good stay with excellent hospitality. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Stay and food was good, staff behaviour was very friendly and fantastic. Service was good and can be improved a lot. Being May month and extreme heat they only provide a ltr of drinking water for a 24hr stay, it will be good if they provide with 2 ltr. Overall great experience.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. From the beginning, the Front Office team, especially Ms. Sarjal, was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She ensured that everything was handled smoothly and made us feel very welcome.The Sales team, especially Harshit, was also very supportive and cooperative throughout. A special thanks to the Housekeeping team, particularly Sachin, under the guidance of HK Manager Hitender, for maintaining excellent cleanliness and prompt service.I would also like to appreciate Mr. Amit (Duty Manager) for his professionalism and support during the stay.The F&B team provided great service, and a special thanks to the Chef for the delicious food and wonderful hospitality.Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
