Complete Room were watery and cold and even responded too badly and no staff were responding on request also we feel to avoid this hotel and look better one
So good comparing too other hotels like Hilton , Mahindra, worth for money
Requested for cancellation on medical ground due to an urgency in the family and we could not travel to Goa. Riva refused refund. May the management and staff wrought in hell.
