Extremely overpriced, dirty, and uncaring—this hotel is not recommended! Traveling with elderly family members, we arrived late only to be given a ground-floor room that was filthy, smelled terrible, and was infested with insects and lizards. Even though there were available rooms upstairs, the receptionist refused to relocate us and insisted we stay in that unhygienic room. The staff showed no compassion for my tired wife and elderly parents. The rates are a rip-off considering the poor condition of the hotel. Overall, a very disappointing experience with terrible hospitality. Definitely avoid this place!
