Extremely disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned—dust was all over the floor, and even the telephone was covered in dust. The TV display was also not working. There was practically no room service; if you ordered anything, you had to go downstairs yourself multiple times.There was no proper cold drinking water available either. Overall, the service was extremely poor and basic hospitality was completely missing.Zero service, poor cleanliness, non-functional facilities, and definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel.
