Terrible experience — Be cautious before booking! I reserved a room at Saptagiri Hotel via MakeMyTrip for one night and paid in full upfront. But when I arrived, the hotel staff said they don't accept bookings from MakeMyTrip and denied me a room. What's worse is that even though the hotel rejected the booking, MakeMyTrip hasn't refunded my payment or taken proper steps to fix the problem. This has been very frustrating and unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to deal with issues caused by poor coordination between a hotel and a booking site. I strongly advise extreme caution when booking this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Confirm directly with the hotel before paying.

I ordered Fish Curry Rice, but they gave me Cockroach Curry Rice instead. This is very unhygienic and disappointing. Please work on improving your cleanliness and the quality of your food. I do not recommend this place. ⭐☆☆☆☆
