It was an average property. Staff is not professional and things were not in place when we checked in. Water was not coming in Taps. After 4-5 follow ups and 1 hour waiting they came to room and repaired it. Everything else was okay. Pool was very small. Room was clean. But the best part was food. They had amazing food and taste was so good.Over-all it was an average experience.

The only downside was the road leading to the property, which was narrow, poorly developed, and quite dark at night. Also, better maintenance and regular cleaning of the swimming pool would make the experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality and food, with a few areas that could be improved.

Couple • India • Oct 2026Our experience from check-in to checkout was terrible. When we arrived at 1:50 PM on October 13th, the access road was blocked and the front desk was unattended. We waited 30 minutes for the receptionist, who came without apologizing and rudely told us to walk. We had to change rooms twice because of broken air conditioning, moving from room 111 to 112, and then finally to 004. Room 004 on the ground floor was extremely noisy due to thin walls, kitchen noise, and sounds from the pool. At checkout, the staff tried to charge us ₹1,250 for breakfast we never ordered or ate, arguing with us for 10 minutes until the manager stepped in and removed the charge. The staff lacks proper training, and the hotel is not worth the cost. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
