Room No. 207 spent night of 16th Dec,2025. Sharing my experience.....Air dryer in the bathroom was expected in this category of hotel.The blanket was very thin. Never experienced like this in any hotel. But they were clean.The bed's height was too low.Otherwise, everything else was good. Reception staff, the restaurant staff were all courteous and helpful.The Gujarati thali was very very nice. The thali layout and presentation impressed me. Also the food. The waiters served hot food even at 3pm when it was almost closing time. Kudos.

I loved my 8 days stay. What makes this stand apart in its own league is the location, lots of space, ambience and service. What I loved the most is the Food part. Gujarati Thali was among top 5 I ever had. The breakfast and meal were superb for which their team of Chefs deserves commendation.

A Luxurious and Welcoming Stay ’ Highly Recommended!My overall experience was very good, and I also shared some constructive feedback with the team to help them improve further. I want to clarify that they truly offer a luxurious and comfortable stay.Room: Spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. The rooms on the 3rd floor, in particular, were exceptionally neat and offered a premium experience.Washroom: Clean and hygienic’exactly what you’d expect from a quality stay.Campus: The property has ample space, and the reception area is impressively large. You feel a sense of positivity as soon as you arrive.Restaurant: This was the highlight of my stay. Mukesh, who manages catering and several other responsibilities, is outstanding. His communication skills and coordination with both staff and guests are top-notch.Additional Amenities: They even have a small mall and a movie theater on-site, so you won’t have to step out for basic needs.I’m fully satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and well-rounded experience.Feedback: I provided some basic feedback about the room cleaning and many other details and Rajesh sir who is the GM has heard us very patiently,acknowledged and provided his valuable time.Thank youSrishti and ShachindraBooked double occupancy room and stayed 3 nights.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. My scheduled check-in time was 12 PM, but the room was allotted only at 3 PM. During the long wait, I had to sit in a non’air-conditioned waiting area, and no welcome drink or even water was offered.After check-in, several issues made the stay uncomfortable:Room AC was not working.Two extra mattresses included in my booking were provided only at 5:15 PM after several repeated requests.Bathroom exhaust glass was broken, which is a serious privacy concern.Wardrobe was missing one door, and no air freshener was provided in the room.In the game zone, the AC was not working, and carrom, table tennis, and pool accessories were missing, making it unusable.Overall, very poor hospitality and maintenance ’ definitely not expected from a property like this.
