Hotel Kutch Elegance

We stayed at The Sky Imperial Hotel Kailash, Jamnagar for one day on 9th August. The hotel and the room were excellent—clean, comfortable, well-maintained and had a good overall ambience.However, the service was very disappointing. Despite being in the hospitality/service industry, the staff did not appear sufficiently attentive towards guests. We had to wait for assistance, and the overall response from the staff was not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this category.I also noticed that some previous guests had mentioned similar concerns in their reviews, particularly regarding poor service and lack of attention. Unfortunately, it appears that the management has not taken adequate steps to address these recurring issues.The property itself is very good, and with better staff training, guest attention and service management, the hotel can provide a much better experience.Overall, the hotel and room were excellent, but the service quality needs considerable improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the guest experience.

Hotel Kutch Elegance is very hygienic, clean, and offers excellent hospitality. The rooms are tidy and spotless. The manager is very friendly and behaves well. The morning breakfast is fresh and healthy. Staying at Hotel Elegance was one of the best experiences.

The hotel enjoys a great location and offers roomy accommodations, contributing to a comfortable and convenient stay. Nonetheless, the upkeep of the property falls short of what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Several bathroom fittings, such as taps, were damaged, and the rooms lacked sufficient toiletries. The staff could improve with enhanced training in customer service and hospitality. Breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection and food quality and taste that did not meet expectations. Restaurant staff seemed unwilling to help guests and did not demonstrate proper service manners. Improvements are needed in food presentation and serving practices; for instance, serving tea in a thermal kettle with clean cups would improve the experience. Additionally, requesting payment at the time of in-room food service is generally not considered good hospitality for guests staying at the hotel. In summary, while the hotel has promising aspects like spacious rooms and a convenient location, it requires considerable enhancements in maintenance, food quality, and service to offer a better overall guest experience.

The rooms are nice, the services are satisfactory, and there is a pure vegetarian restaurant available on-site.
