The rooms were large, but the cleanliness was very bad. The first room we got had hair on the bed and tiny bugs, showing it wasn't cleaned well. When I asked at reception for a different room, we got another one, but it was in almost the same state. I complained again, and the staff said there was no housekeeping available then and told us to manage. This poor cleanliness and service was very disappointing and not what we hoped for from the hotel.

The hotel rooms are just okay. The staff were unhelpful. The breakfast was not good enough for the price we paid. We ordered breakfast and the manager said it would arrive in 30 minutes, but it actually took over an hour, which was very disappointing.
