Regenta Resort Bhuj

I stayed at the Regenta Resort by Royal Orchid. The entire staff was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. The reception staff was excellent and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed meeting these staff. I've traveled to different states in India, visited different hotels, and met different people, but I've never encountered anyone who spoke this way. There was one man on the entire staff who had no manners of communication. I'm not talking about the entire staff, just one person. But this man's manner of speaking was very offensive. I'm defaming this hotel solely because of this one man because his words deeply offended me. They hurt my feelings. Because of one man, the entire hotel is being tarnished. I have only one purpose in posting this review: the hotel management must take action against this person who doesn't know how to speak. *He was describing himself on a very high profile post. And he was claiming to be very senior.* But his manner of speaking was like that of a complete newcomer. # I have no other motive for posting this review; I have posted it solely to inform the hotel management. # And this person should not speak rudely to anyone. Rejenta Bhuj - Honestly not worth the amount we paid (around 10k each for 3 rooms). Huge property on GMDC land with 4 categories of rooms, but poor service and maintenance. Bathroom was stinking, basin half broken. Very small buffet area for breakfast. I wouldn't pay more than 4-5k for this property. Don't go by the pictures on the internet - they're way more beautiful than reality. We got fooled, and I think people book this place for hefty amounts due to lack of options in Bhuj.Location-wise, it's pretty accessible in comparison to other 2 Regentas, and hence rooms are packed by big travel groups on Bhuj/White Rann trips or families like us traveling to Mata no Madh or heading to the highway quickly. But accessibility doesn't make up for the poor experience.Lots of scope of improvement. Heavy training to the staff needed - not what is expected out of Regenta brand.

This review is about restaurant and service only.The hotel boast of superb location withgood infrastructure including a very good pool which is secluded and hence is available for exclusive pool parties as well. The managerial staff is good and coordinate all requirements effectively. The restaurant too has good ambience, though the Gazebo with uts views, especially in the ecening breeze would be anyday a better option!

Stayed for just 24 hrs and that was our biggest sadness that why didn't we stay longer. The ambience of the entire place is very good. The rooms alloted to us was awesome. The dinner and breakfast spread (pure vegetarian) was delectable. Though close to the main road, hardly any noise. Was quite and peaceful.

This is perfect place to rest and refresh when u have travelled for long.. as it's on hill, the views are beautiful.. there is calming peace here . .. service and food also very good..rooms are big..all over very good experience
