1st stay in April was amazing. Spacious rooms. Neat and clean washrooms. Tea coffee sachets and water bottles in room. Just opposite Bhuj station. Pleasant stay. Friendly staff.

Nice stay ..but the location is just adjacent to the railway station. Rooms are spacious . Buffet available for breakfast but not more varieties....food are tasty .. only vegetarian foods are available...

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The location was not good at all ’ there was heavy traffic around the hotel all the time, which made it very inconvenient.Parking was a major issue. I was disturbed twice and asked to remove my car, which was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable during my stay.The room was quite small compared to what was shown online, and considering the price I paid, it definitely felt overpriced. I expected much better value for the amount charged.Additionally, the staff was not friendly over the phone and did not communicate in a helpful or polite manner.Overall, not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is just 2min walk to railway station. Service - staff is very good, well mannered and ever smiling. Mr Naren, Champak, Ms Bhanu, Tara and the other boys made our stay pleasant and good. On the negative side comes the internet connection/service which is pathetic and it's too erratic. Lights in the bathroom can be a little brighter as it's too dim and makes shaving difficult. Rest a comfortable hotel. Food was okay. Choice of Menu is very very limited. We stayed 3 days all the day we had same menu.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and while the stay itself was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were satisfactory, the overall experience was significantly impacted by poor staff behavior. Snacks like chips and cold drinks were placed in the room without any clear indication that they were chargeable. There was no note, menu, or signage in the room clarifying this. At checkout, the staff unexpectedly demanded payment for these items that included gst. When this concern was raised, the staff neither acknowledged the issue nor showed any willingness to listen to feedback. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude was disappointing and unacceptable, ultimately leaving a negative impression despite the otherwise decent facilities.
