We checked into Prince Residency today and have already encountered very troubling hygiene and maintenance problems. We saw a mouse running and jumping around the area. Additionally, a dead mosquito was stuck on the back of a spoon, and there was a leaf or debris on top of the water bottle. These are not trivial matters; they represent serious hygiene and food safety issues that are unacceptable in any hotel. We urge management to act immediately, conduct a thorough inspection, and resolve these problems promptly. Guests deserve a clean, hygienic, and safe environment, no matter the hotel's category or price. We expect this complaint to be addressed seriously and resolved without delay.
