Disappointing Stay Experience

’I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene and professional service. For the price paid, the experience was far below acceptable standards.’Issues Encountered:1. ’Poor Hygiene: Upon checking in, the first thing I noticed was a layer of dust on the light switches. It’s clear that deep cleaning is not a priority here.2. ’Amenities & TV: The TV was not recharged when I arrived. After I requested a fix, they only provided a 1-day recharge, which felt like a temporary "patch" rather than providing proper service for my stay.3. ’Lack of Information: There was no food menu available in the room, making it impossible to know what was available or how much items cost.4. ’Unresponsive Management: The communication is terrible. I tried calling the reception multiple times to resolve issues, but the phone was rarely picked up.5. ’Dining Failures: I ordered dinner, but it was served without any napkins. When I pointed this out, I was told they would be delivered in 10 minutes. They never arrived.6. ’Inadequate Linens: Only a single bath towel was provided. Small hand towel was not provided.7. Breakfast buffet options are limited.8. Non-vegetarian to avoid this place.’Verdict: The staff seems completely indifferent to guest needs and basic housekeeping is neglected. I would not recommend staying here until they drastically improve their service and cleanliness.
