SHIRAR RESORT AND SPA

I strongly advise against visiting this resort. I had a terrible experience. They deceive customers by advertising something different on Make Nutria and fail to provide any amenities. The AC didn't work in such a large room, there was no welcome drink, and I ended up paying a huge 11,000 for such a disappointing place. Avoid this resort at all costs.

I enjoyed a great stay at Shirar Resorts. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and cozy, offering stunning views that enhanced the visit. The calm environment, welcoming staff, and overall service were outstanding. Definitely a top choice for a peaceful visit to Kullu.

Truly a perfect example of hospitality. Staying at Shirar Manali was a wonderful surprise for me and my family. The rooms were spacious. We all appreciated the way they entertained and cared for us. Everything was excellent, from the food and service to guest services and the bell desk. The location is peaceful with a river view. I believe this is the finest property in Manali. Special thanks to the owner. Highly recommended.

This was the worst experience I've ever had; the staff were impolite, unprofessional, and seemed disorganized. The food quality was low, and there was an issue with the room's air-conditioning since it was controlled by the staff, who turned it on and off according to their own preferences.

The duplex rooms are roomy and cozy, with a balcony that provides a lovely view, which was definitely a highlight of the visit. The food was tasty and pleasant as well. However, the very slow service spoiled the overall experience. The hotel seems to be short-staffed and would benefit from recruiting and training more staff to handle guests effectively. Some basic amenities were missing when we arrived—there were no towels in the room, and the soap dispenser was empty. Given the price, the service quality was disappointing. Although the rooms, views, and food were good, the poor service had a major negative effect on the stay.
