Shreesham Resort at Malpe Beach

My stay at Paradise Isle Hotel was enjoyable. The room was tidy, cozy, and well kept. The amenities were satisfactory, and the environment was calm and inviting. Mr. Loyed was kind, supportive, and offered great advice whenever required. Their quick help made our visit more pleasant and comfortable. In general, it was a positive experience, and I would gladly return.

I paid about Rs 9,000 for my stay here, but the service was terrible. The room was dirty — the bathroom was disgusting, towels had stains, and the windows were covered in grime. The entire property looks neglected and badly needs repairs. We booked and paid extra for a sea view room but never received one. The Ocean View restaurant was very slow to serve, and the food was only average. We ordered just a few dishes and were charged Rs 3,000, which felt like a rip-off. When I requested extra bedding, instead of a cot, they just put a mattress on the floor, which is unacceptable. I recommend saving your money and staying somewhere else.

The location is great, but the property requires some renovation.

Highlights of this hotel include its location, which is excellent, and the service, which is very fast, attentive, and kind. The food is also outstanding, offering a wide selection with every dish we tried being authentic and delicious. Breakfast is plentiful as well. Although the food is pricey, the quality and portion sizes justify the cost. Areas for improvement include the rooms: during the monsoon season, water entered through the balcony despite the door being closed. Housekeeping came around 10:30 am, which is a common time to go sightseeing, so if you prefer to stay in your room, it might remain unclean for the day. Additionally, one of the air conditioners in the two rooms we booked leaked water, making the floor wet. The staff responded quickly by mopping and placing a towel under the unit. Given the high prices compared to other hotels, room maintenance should be impeccable.

The stay was okay.
