I had a good experience at Sivaranjani Hotel! ’? The rooms were great, super comfy and clean. ’ Service was top-notch, really friendly staff. ’? Plus, the location was perfect for my stay. ’?

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom was in a terrible condition’very dirty, poorly maintained, and the water had an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to even use basic facilities.The room itself was no better. There was dust everywhere, including on the furniture and floor, which clearly had not been cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, and the overall hygiene of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the doors were damaged and did not function properly, which made the stay feel unsafe and inconvenient.What made the experience worse was the complete lack of basic amenities. There was no toilet paper provided, no complimentary water bottle, no kettle for making tea or coffee, and not even a proper way to contact room service or the reception. These are very basic things that every hotel should provide.Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay and this hotel is not safe for the girl

Laundry & room entertainment service should be improved. At least once room booking confirmed staff should provide Towels Napkins etc and TV/Dish/Cable (entertainment) should have recharged by hotel management.

Whost hotal in Hosur should be specific, constructive, and focus on verifiable issues like cleanliness, staff behavior, or amenities. It should be written in a professional tone, avoiding overly emotional language or personal attacks.

There is a TV but it doesn't work.There is Wi-Fi but it doesn't work.There is a swimming pool but you can't use it.There is a hot water pipe but it doesn't come on.Etc.,
