Honestly I had few problems related to charging socket otherwise everything was pretty good. The staff and all the people were so polite and sweet.Especially the receptionist Ma'am.Would love to visit Gangtok again and probably gonna choose this hotel.Thank you!

So far, every hotel I've stayed at here has been filthy. The rooms aren't properly cleaned, they lack basic amenities, and the water supply is extremely erratic’it cuts out three or four times a day, as they seem unable to manage the water distribution properly. I am recommended Don’t stay this hotel and totally bad experience my site.We book hotels online based on photographs; however, there is a vast difference between viewing photos and seeing the hotel in reality. It is extremely tricky’the specific facilities listed on platforms like MakeMyTrip and Agoda are often not what one actually receives.

My experience was okay overall. The rooms were acceptable, nothing really stood out. ’? The service was fairly standard, no major complaints but also no exceptional moments. ’’’’? However, the location left a lot to be desired. It wasn't convenient for my needs. ’’’??

I don't know why people gave 4+ rating. Highly over rated due to location, location and location. If not, just skip it ! If not for location, I would give 1 star.I had multiple issues with this hotel and feel its really overrated and there are many new properties near MG Marg which are better - PROS: Location, Location and Location - if not location, this hotel is not worth even 1000 Rs per night. CONS: Day 1 - Inspite of informing them that am booking 2 rooms for family, on landing they gave me rooms on diff floors and didnt even entertain any input. Day 1 - Bedsheets had stains, not cleaned, some bugs on bed moving around - we didnt sleep and asked to clean. Day 2 -I had left 2 suitcases and still checked into my room. These 2 were moved somewhere outside reception area and nobody had a clue on the reason. When i asked they said the room door was open to safegaurd they moved. Its strange, they left it unguarded in a place where everybody can come in/go but in the room it was unsafe. I thought something fishy had happened and since i had no valuables in it, dont know if there was a reason behind it. 4. DAY 1, 2- The bathrooms were not that clean either and it seemed management had not much interest in this property and they had focus on their new property in other locations. MY ADVICE, AVOID & GO FOR IT ONLY IF NO OTHER OPTION EXISTS NEAR M.G MARG!
