I was let down by my stay at this hotel. The service manager was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and lacked any sense of hospitality, leading to a very negative initial impression. Basic good customer service was missing entirely. Additionally, the swimming pool was far smaller than anticipated, which was another letdown and did not meet the expectations set by the hotel. I hope the management listens to guest feedback and works on enhancing both hospitality and the overall guest experience.

The property itself was decent, but the room felt just okay for the price paid. The bathroom was problematic with a broken tap, weak water flow, and no toiletries provided. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and there was a lizard in the bedroom. Suitable for a one-night stay, but overall, the property is average because of these issues.
