I visited this place for staycation with my family of 6 and a infant. We booked 3 rooms. All 3 of them had some issues. One didn't had refrigerator and water bottles(we called reception 6 times to please give us water but nobody bothered). All 3 of them had extreme humidity issue. All 3 of them had very poor washroom smell. Even after cleaning twice smell was there and it was coming in room also. Room service is dead slow and extremely expensive. 5 cup of tea, 2 plate pakora and 1 hot chocolate costs 2200. 175 for a tea which was not worth 10 seriously. I called before reservation requesting for details ofnEV charger and they mentioned they have fast charger when I reached it was slow charger.Location is worst. Its situated at a very corner several kilometers inside jungle crossing river due to which you won't think to step out in night.
Service and food is awesom
This Resort was horrible. It was missing basic facilities like a working fan. Room service was very slow. Food was average. Tea was too expensive. Overall, I won't recommend this place. The only good thing is nature walk by their guide.
