Super Hotel O Bolpur Shantiniketan Railway Junction Formerly Ashima Resort

Third class hotel. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel. This is not a resort, it is a third class hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, is dishonest. I booked this hotel online and called a day before to confirm room availability; they said it was fine to come. But when I arrived, they told me no rooms were available and they cheated me. Please, please avoid this hotel. This is my honest review. Never plan to stay here.

Terrible experience. The room we received was not the same as the one shown online. When we raised this issue, the staff were rude. The bed sheets and pillow covers were very dirty. When we asked for a change, they gave us another cover that smelled bad. The bathroom was awful and so dirty that it was hard to use. When we complained, the staff again acted rudely. Also, the room had not been cleaned beforehand. I recommend avoiding this resort.

The rooms are decent but small, and the staff's behavior is not very good. Overall, it's just okay, but I personally would not recommend it.

The hotel staff harassed me after I checked out. I asked at checkout if everything was settled, and the reception said it was all clear. However, after I left, they called me 20 times saying my payment was still due. The staff behaved very badly, and the reception did not clarify anything during checkout. They seem unskilled.

Wonderful in every way 🥰🙏 ....
