I strongly recommend not booking this hotel, as it does not provide even the basic facilities expected from a hotel.No handwash is provided in the bathroom.No drinking water bottles are provided.No Shampoo in the bathroom The bed is very small, and its length is even less than 6 feet, making it uncomfortable for a normal-sized person.The breakfast is extremely limited. They advertise breakfast, but in reality, they may simply say, “Only one paratha is available,” and refuse other options such as poha.The staff service is very poor and not helpful.The AC does not work properly, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable.Overall, the hotel is not worth the money and does not provide basic amenities or satisfactory service. I would strongly recommend checking other options before booking this hotel.

Check-in was difficult even though I booked my room online 10 days prior. My room was given to someone else. The manager just said to adjust. The hotel, service, and staff are not good. Rooms are very dirty and smelly, with smoke and alcohol odors. Walls are dirty with gutkha stains. Many rooms have AC not working. Overall, very bad. There are safety concerns.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Although I booked through the OYO app for ₹1200, the receptionist canceled the booking and asked for ₹1375 instead. The room was in poor condition—the bed, sheets, pillows, and bathroom were dirty, there was no hot water, and the room had a cigarette odor. We had to place our food orders ourselves, and the food was not good. Additionally, the staff was rude throughout, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. This was by far my worst experience.

The building is old and somewhat poorly maintained, but it is conveniently located next to Ghanta Ghar/Clock Tower.
