While it is located conveniently and earns 4 stars for its location, the overall stay is marred by numerous problems that severely affect comfort and usability.The value for money is extremely poor, as guests are provided with minimal service and subpar amenities. Cleanliness is lacking, and basic hygiene items like handwash are not provided. The staff support is unhelpful, and maintenance issues are abundant.Facilities are poorly maintained — the Wi-Fi and TV don’t work properly, and there's only one battery shared between the TV and AC remotes, which doesn’t function. Most electrical plug points are non-functional, and while there is a kitchen area, it’s unusable due to the absence of essential items such as plates, glasses, and cooking gas. Additionally, cupboards are broken, adding to the sense of neglect and disrepair.In summary, despite a decent location, this hotel fails to deliver even the most basic standards expected from a budget stay. It is not recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, or value.
