Super Townhouse Gomti Nagar Sector 6 Near Ekana Stadium

The location of the hotel is very nice and the view of the rooms is very good. I liked the behavior of the staff and the cleaning is also done on time.

They are located in good location like everything is nearby, they have a good aesthetic place which can give a perfect homie vibe, but the issue is management is worst, its like giving a book to someone who can’t read, no rooms available for check in even though booking was made minimum 6+hours ago, and no amenities was provided like towel, soap, etc. No keys was available, you just have to leave your room open while going out somewhere. Nothing was good, I would better suggest not to go.

I had booked two rooms at Super Townhouse, and both were in an absolutely filthy and unacceptable condition. The rooms were a complete mess ’ dirty floors, broken furniture, and zero maintenance.’One of the quilts had blood stains, and both the bed sheets were stained.’The bed boards were broken, and the phone wasn’t working.’Lights were hanging loosely, barely held together with black tape.’No towels were provided, and when I requested clean bedsheets and blankets, they told me laundry service wasn’t available.This level of hygiene and carelessness is shocking. It was a complete waste of money and ruined my stay. I would strongly advise against booking this property unless the management takes serious action to fix these issues.
