Our stay at Super Townhouse by OYO Seethammadhara Junction Formerly Vijaya Residency was very disappointing. They initially showed us a model room that was clean and well-kept, but the actual rooms we got were in poor condition. The bathrooms were unhygienic and dirty. Room service was very bad, and the rooms were never properly cleaned during our stay. They quoted one price at first but later demanded extra offline payments unnecessarily. They even asked us to avoid online payment and instead send money to a personal number, which seemed unprofessional. At the end, they requested additional payment despite not delivering good service. We paid ₹1000 extra for an additional guest for two days but did not receive a mattress or proper water service. The staff was indifferent, cleanliness was lacking, and overall it was not worth the cost. It was the worst experience and I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff response is pathetic. Cleanliness and hygiene is very poor. Very much disappointing.

Very bad experience with the receptionist. He behaved very rudely and was treating us like beggars. He asked for extra money saying that I booked online at a lower price, and that their hotel price is higher. He even refused to give the room unless I paid extra. What does it matter whether we booked at a low price or high price online? The main thing is the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the hotel should honor it. Otherwise, what is the use of online booking? This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not recommended at all if this is how guests are treated.
