Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort And Spa

The best stay was at Neil compared to all other symphony properties.Staffs were highly polite & respectful..Loved the vibe of summer Sands.Even their policy of room breakfast is not there..but one of the reception staff was very helpful to arrange it in room..highly value for money..I forgot guys name..but the man was from Uttarakhand..very geniune & polite guy..

Naam bade darshan chhote!!!With so much excitement we booked this 5 star property and the very first experience hit us like a shock. No doubt The property is awesome with best architect and facilities, but maintenance team is worst there. Rooms were cozy, but corners were dirty. Ceiling was full of spiderwebs and so were hidden spaces of bed and almorah. Ground floor commode was half filled with water, and they said all are same because of old design of commode. Only when i complained strictly they shifted us to 1st floor room. The maintenance head was complaining like ab mujhe fir se room thik karna padega!! It seems the owner has put so much money on property but the management is so lenient to keep it clean. There are small pond like design at every room entrance beside the stair... that is also full of mud and spider webs.. means u will not find such beautifully designed property in whole island..but dirtiest too!!

HiI stayed at symphony summer sands on 19 June 2026 in beach mansion room (401).Let me go all over the experience one by one:1. Food: Food quality is good, but staff doesn’t know how to behave at all. My stay included breakfast and one major meal, when I reached their restaurant for dinner I was told their is no buffet layout and i have to order out of their menu. I was ok with that, but when i started ordering they said No to almost max items quoting its not part of plan, so in total very limited food options and very arrogant restaurant staff.2. Room: My room category was Beach Mansion, my advice to you, never ever book this room. First of all this is most costliest room with them on pretext of private pool. But actually thats not a pool, thats just a water tank without any water circulation and filteration. I have stayed in private pool properties like Taj and CGH earth but their pools were like too good. Private pool at this property was dirty and on enquiring I got to know that there is no water supply to pool, its is filled using separate water pumps and pipes. ’’??Room from inside was also not well maintained and was unhygienic with black mould like stains in refrigerator. I am attaching pics.3. Room service: Too slow and one more thing, this is the first resort I have seen which charges you for Ice also.

Nice hotel to stay, property has 2 half separated by road. One facing beach and other one near swimming pool. We stayed on swimming pool side , ground floor opens up to pool and 1st floor balcony. Lots of bird and nature view. Room is spacious and sufficient for additional bed. Even though fittings are premium tap and flush didn't work not maintained.Food is good if you order separately and spacious, staffs are nice and take care. Breakfast is average and not worth. Sambhar was spoiled when we had,during peak time there is less staff attention.We can get rented scooter and go around. Beach is near by and can was sunrise n sunset.
