The Ashoka Hotels and Resorts, Mohangadi

Have you seen stray cats roaming in a 5 star hotel and pounce on you for food? Has a concierge lost your deliveries and then you go to luggage room to retrieve it. All of this has happened with me and my team at The Lalit. Don't know why they claim to be a 5 Star hotel. The service is so poor - they get ironing boards in an hour to your room so good luck if you are planning to get ready. Very bad experience.

Hotel achha hai lekin khana bahut bekar hai. Pehle hum Ashoka hotel jate the jahan accha khana milta tha, lekin ab 3 baar aisa hua hai ki Ashoka hotel me khana khane ke baad mere bachche, husband aur mera pet kharab ho gaya. Pehle bhi aisa hua tha, par ab inke khane ki wajah se hum sab bimaar ho gaye hain. Isliye, logon, inke hotel ka khana mat khana. Pata nahi ye log kitne din purana khana dete hain.

I had a very disappointing stay. The hotel room was in very poor condition and was not properly maintained. The worst part was the shower. While I was showering, dirty water with a bad color and a terrible smell came out of the shower. It was completely unacceptable and made the stay very unpleasant. The hotel needs serious maintenance and better hygiene. I would not recommend staying here.
