Very disappointing stay – Not worth the priceWe recently booked a room at this property in Pondicherry, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.The room was not well maintained, and there was no proper room service. The staff were also quite rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. The AC in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable.Considering the high price charged for the room, the overall service and facilities were far below what we expected. The parking facilities were also inadequate and poorly managed. Due to the lack of proper parking arrangements, our car ended up getting scratched.Overall, the experience was frustrating and certainly not worth the amount we paid. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the room maintenance, staff behaviour, AC facilities, and parking arrangements. And they also asked us to pay for cleaning charges.
Easy to find. Main road access and parking and rooms are clean. All good for decent stay
Nice stay in Pondicherry with good apartments, each room having its own balcony.
