Extremely disappointed with the experience with our recent stay at crescent resort sehore. We booked executive premium room but services were extremaly poor and not upto imdustry standrad. Basic amneties like handwash and tissues were missing in the room. View from the room were pathetic as we were seeing people defecting from the window. Blanket and bedsheet were stained with dirt and we had to replace them. Swimming pool changing room had bottles of beer lying in open. No one to clean wheras four people came to sign a form to me bit no one bothered to check the place. Quality of breakfast is also not very good considering the charges. We planned to celebrete bday of our baby but whole location has not a single spoylt to do the same. Receptiost declined to suggest the same and when we asked if we could celebrete in gaziboo near then they said its not allowed. Irony is next day same gaziboo was filled with people who came to welcome a local polotician. We didnt like the attitude of staff especially rexeptionist however ladies staff were good. We recommend to explore other places if you wish to celebrte your special occasion as this place is not suitable for the same.

The blanket and bedsheet were dirty and had to be replaced. The swimming pool changing room had beer bottles lying around, and no one was cleaning it, even though four people came to get a form signed by me but did not bother to check the area. The breakfast quality was also poor considering the price. We planned to celebrate our baby's birthday, but the location had no suitable spot for that. The receptionist refused to suggest any place, and when we asked about celebrating in the nearby gazebo, they said it was not allowed. Ironically, the next day the same gazebo was filled with people welcoming a local politician. We did not like the staff's attitude, especially the receptionist, though the female staff were good. We suggest looking for other places if you want to celebrate a special occasion, as this place is not suitable.

Worst resort experience in Sehore. Where do I even start?1. Basic safety failure: The bathroom doors do NOT have actual locks. It's just a simple handle that can be opened from the outside. If a guest is using the shower and someone walks in, this resort is looking at a massive lawsuit’or even a permanent shutdown. This is a fundamental privacy and safety hazard.2. No Indian toilets anywhere on the property. In India. At a resort. Disconnected from basic guest needs.3. Constant power cuts throughout the stay. Room lights flicker during it, and due to the card system of the room you could lose your room card inside and be locked out.5. The water park is mid at best, and the rooms are poorly maintained. very quiet and6. The only good things are that it has new technology, some Wi-Fi service they don't tell you about and some basic things like gyms and swiming pools.Save your money and your time.

Room lights flicker during these, and because of the card system, you might lose your room card inside and get locked out. 5. The water park is mediocre at best, and the rooms are poorly maintained. Very quiet and dull. 6. The only positives are some new technology, some Wi-Fi service they don’t mention, and basic amenities like gyms and swimming pools. Save your money and time.

Great experience, just as expected
