Extremely disappointing experience. The rooms and toilets were highly unhygienic, and the dining area was dirty and poorly maintained. The wash basin was broken, there was no handwash available, and even basic facilities like the AC and fridge were not cooling properly.What made the experience worse was the uncooperative and unwelcoming behavior of the staff. Overall, the hospitality standards were far below expectations. Definitely not recommended.

The staff were polite and attentive, making the overall experience comfortable.That said, the rooms could benefit from enhanced cleaning and hygiene standards to ensure a fresher, more inviting atmosphere. Adding more variety to the breakfast menu, reflecting seasonal or guest preference changes, would also elevate the mornings.During check-in, the lack of visible staff created an unexpectedly quiet ambiance, almost like a serene ghost town perhaps a bit more presence at the front desk could add warmth and reassurance.The property has great potential, and some thoughtful renovations would beautifully modernize the spaces while preserving its charm.I appreciate your efforts and look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.

Very bad hotel, hotel is not at all clean. Staff is too good and very much obliging. But the building is old.

Everything is Good... Only drawback was the availability of lift facilities which was down due to some reason and issue unresolved during the entire duration of stay

I wish there was a 0 rating in the options. Extremely disappointing and unhygienic stay. The hotel is absolutely not in a livable condition. The overall look and upkeep are completely dilapidated. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches present inside the room. The sanitary ware was broken and filthy, showing zero concern for cleanliness. Shockingly, cockroaches were also found in the food that was served, which is completely unacceptable.I sincerely request anyone shortlisting this hotel to please avoid staying here. Hygiene and basic standards are severely compromised.
