Hosted a corporate event here. The venue is pretty average. We had a corporate night event here and the preparations were not up to the mark. Had rented the outdoor area near the buffet place only to find that the lights were not working during the event. Rats were running around the place and the staff seemed clueless as to how to fix it. The hotel staff was only interested in making sure they extract every cent possible . The whole exp was pretty average and would not recommend this place to host corporate events. The team was full of apology but still wanted to make sure they get the maximum money from us.

Went on an official trip, and the rooms were clean but it's the staff that made all the difference, they go above and beyond prime example is Nihshant who is a sous chef.He made sure I had the best breakfast each day as to not miss home while I was there ... it wasn't just me .. he was equally attentive and thoughtful to all. This quality is reflected in all staff at this hotel, finally, the location of this hotel can't be beat, you have pubs in every direction and an amazing shopping area a stone's throw away.

We had an event in the corporate meeting room, which was equipped with air conditioning and round table seating.The staff was courteous, and the ambience was pleasant.For lunch, we had a buffet, but it fell short of expectations. I noticed the chicken was undercooked, and the taste was lacking with items.However, there were a couple of good options for salads and desserts, which was appreciated.It's walking distance from MG road metro station.

It was a delightful experience overall.- Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be incredibly helpful. Despite initially being told that a higher floor wasn't available, they went above and beyond to accommodate my request. After a short wait, they managed to secure a room on a higher floor, which I greatly appreciated.- The rooms were spotless and tidy, giving off the impression of being recently renovated.- Situated near the bustling Brigade Road, it offers easy access to the vibrant nightlife of the area.- Regrettably, I didn't have the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurants or sample their food offerings, so I can't provide any feedback in that regard. However, judging by the overall quality of service during my stay, I wouldn't be surprised if the dining options were equally impressive.- The hotel offers an abundant breakfast spread . Not only was the selection impressive, but the chef also personally checked on me during my meal, ensuring that everything met my satisfaction. This personalized touch truly made me feel valued as a guest. However, the selection of coffee can be improved.

Fabulous location, right in the heart of the city and walking distance from anything you want. The new refurbished rooms and well appointed and give you real value for money.The Karavali restaurant is expensive but the food is delicious. Mint is also a great dining experience and the service at the restaurants and of the hotel staff is great.The only thing lacking is the service and the very limited at the spa options. Both the staff and the spa options could be a lot better.
