We had booked a big room with king size bed. But we received a smaller room with a queen size bed. We adjusted. But only to realise the bed was filled with bed bugs. When asked they were inhuman… said they had no alternative option. Told us to sleep on the floor on the extra mattress they offered. Front desk had an immature guy who did not even utter a word and just gave us the managers number. When we called him he was extremely rude and abusive. This happened almost middle of the night. They left us stranded at no where.
The floor was not properly cleaned and was sticky.

Couple • India • May 2026Though ive scanned the qr the online agent still asking me to scan for the code. End up i cant use. The lobby room service everything is ok. Just the breakfast need to prepare on time since some customer is rushing for the meeting/event considering traffic etc
