I recently hosted my daughter's birthday at Liverpool Hotels and had an absolutely wonderful and hassle-free experience from beginning to end. The hotel's atmosphere is beautiful and well kept. I only reserved the hall, bringing in our own food and arrangements, yet the hotel's support was outstanding. They made sure the food was served hot and fresh to all guests, and the staff were attentive, ensuring everyone was comfortably served without us needing to keep checking in. Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Kumar, the hotel manager, whose dedication and attention to detail are impressive. He understands the needs, directs his team clearly, and makes sure everyone is coordinated perfectly. For the birthday, I just shared our needs and trusted the team to handle everything, which let me focus on my daughter, family, and guests without worrying about the event. That peace of mind was invaluable. The entire staff deserves praise for their polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful service. Our guests enjoyed the ambience and service, many noting how well everything was organized.
