I had to rebook the hotel twice for a day due to terrible management. Once checkout for travelling, the delay in transportation led them to revisit the hotel while the booking was still valid for a day, however we were asked to rebook the hotel for 6 hrs paying entire day amount.Worst people management.
The suite we stayed was a room with a sitting room. It was spacious but not well lit. It did not come with a fan. So had to only rely on the AC which took some time to cool the rooms. The rooms and furniture were not well dusted and cleaned. However the hotel comes with a cute little cafe which serves very limited items for morning buffet. There are no nice dinners nearby. And the sole reason why we picked the place was since it showed close vicinity to Rainbow Children's Hospital from google maps. On the contrary, the hospital was on the opposite side of a main busy Highway, and we each and every time had to take an uber.
The bathroom door was not working properly and the room was not very great.
