The staff were very kind and supportive, and I truly valued their warm welcome. That said, the pictures online seem to be from when the hotel was new and don't match its present state. The rooms require upkeep; the walls were stained and the bathroom had mold, giving a sense of neglect. Given the cost, there are other nearby hotels in better condition that provide more value. Sadly, I wouldn't pick this place again. We switched to a different hotel because we didn't feel at ease here.

Our stay in the Garden Suite at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore was exceptional. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a peaceful garden-facing atmosphere that made it feel like a relaxing retreat in the middle of the city. The private outdoor space was a wonderful touch and perfect for unwinding after a busy day.The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our family. The hotel's central location, excellent breakfast, and overall service made the experience even better.A special mention goes to Ms. Neha Yadav (Manager), whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly attentive, always available to assist, and ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of Hyatt's hospitality.A big thank you to Neha and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend the Garden Suite to anyone looking for extra space, comfort, and a premium experience in Bengaluru. We will definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. One of the happiest and most comfortable experiences we have had at this hotel. My family and I cherished our stay deeply, feeling a genuine sense of being at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The rooms were cozy and well equipped, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere that reminded us of our own living space. Booked 10min before checking-in late in the evening and it was perhaps the best decision to go with Tristar instead of other nearby options.The 1 BHK apartment has all facilities and we enjoyed midnight cooking as well along with eating in the balcony overlooking the 100ft road.Will definitely go back again!Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed at this hotel from 15’19 July, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the security team and the bellboys. They were exceptionally polite, helped us with our luggage, greeted us with genuine smiles every time we entered or left the hotel, opened the doors for us and even assisted us when our Uber arrived. Their professionalism and hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay.The room was beautiful, cozy, spotless, and very well maintained. Although it was slightly smaller than what we expected from a five-star hotel, it was thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. Every detail reflected cleanliness and quality, making it a wonderful place to relax after a long day.One thing we particularly appreciated was the housekeeping service. Instead of entering the room without notice, they left a thoughtful permission card asking whether we would like the room to be serviced. We found this to be a very respectful approach to guests' privacy. When housekeeping was done, the room looked absolutely immaculate’just like a brand-new room. The attention to detail was outstanding.The dining experience deserves special praise. The food and beverages were simply exceptional. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel several times because the food was consistently outstanding. The in-room dining was also so nice, on time. The restaurant staff were attentive, efficient, and incredibly welcoming, making every dining experience enjoyable.Most importantly, every member of the hotel staff we encountered was kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the first day until the last. There were few hotel staffs of my favourite with names of Varshitha, Trishna, Kaif and Dhi (Sorry, couldn’t remember her name but she was a new staff who just joined 10 days before).As a lovely farewell gesture, we were also surprised with a delicious "See You Soon" cake to celebrate our stay. It was such a thoughtful touch and left a lasting impression on us.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent food, outstanding service, and a truly enjoyable stay.
