My stay at Icon Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in to the time I left, everything exceeded my expectations.The ambience of the hotel is truly wonderful ’ elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained. It gives off a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home.The food deserves a special mention ’ absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. Every meal, whether dinner or room service, was well-prepared and flavorful. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Their polite behaviour and readiness to assist really enhanced the overall experience.Overall, Icon Boutique Hotel perfectly balances comfort, hospitality, and luxury. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Would definitely love to visit again!

We had a community get-together last Saturday. Everyone loved the place and food. Excellent hospitality by the staff and their manager.Perfect place for Functions & Network meetings .

Dear Sir/MadamWe have an event in your hotel on 22nd Oct 2025 for the 50th birthday of Padma Madam. We had around 50 plus guests gathered to function.2 days before Event We came to see the Function hall and we met first Mr. Tatntri who is the floor Manager and the way he responded and his attitude towards customer is amazing. I just attended a Birthday party recently in this hotel, the hall on the first floor was good & Big, but the attitude of the staff was very bad & not at all acceptable.There was a Captain by name Deepak, who seemed to be a leader, was back answering the guest , host & passing unwanted comments. In between we found that one unidentified person came and started to attend the party & started to have dinner at the host cost. When enquired about the identity it had come to light that it was a hotel staff , who was the driver of the hotel, it was also told to the host that he usually comes & have dinner . If he is a staff then should he come to attend a Private party? . He can rather go to the owner house and have dinner with the owner at his dinner table .It was also seen that the cake procured by the host was passed on to the kitchen backdoor for the backend staff without the knowledge of the host. As a guest I have questioned the hotel staff & the host about the security and well being of the visitors. In the end of the party it was seen that the lift facility was switched off.In short I would say it was a LOW QUALITY BOTIQUE HOTEL ( TRUELY DESI )
