We wish to thank the management and the entire staff of the ONTIME HOTEL for making our stay a very comfortable and pleasant one. Had to book this room last minute as another hotel didn’t allow foreigners to check in. They offered us the choice out of 2 rooms and we went with the bigger premier suite as there was 3 of us sharing. For the price you would expect a clean room. The towels had stains and quilt was dirty. Shower head was rusted. As there was no other availability elsewhere we had no other choice than to stay.

This hotel is amazing in terms of location, hospitality, in room dining food, and all other aspects. The staff were very polite and cooperative, the rooms were clean and spotless, and cleaned everyday. We are definitely staying here anytime we visit Bengaluru again.
