Couple • India • Jul 2026I came across this hotel by chance while looking for a better place for my Sri Lankan guests to stay.Initially, I had taken them to another hotel, but they were not comfortable there. The manager of that hotel, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, suggested that I speak with Mr. Chandru, the manager of One Time Hotel. Mr. Chandru offered a fair and reasonable rate, and after meeting him and later the owner, I felt confident that this would be a better option for my guests.Although I did not stay at the hotel myself, my guests stayed here from the 18th to the 21st. During that period, I visited the property several times and was able to observe the facilities and service firsthand.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. The air conditioning worked well, the lobby was spacious, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The hotel has its own dining area with breakfast for guests, and my guests were satisfied with the food throughout their stay.What impressed me most was the hospitality. Mr. Chandru, the reception staff, and the owner were courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The owner was particularly accommodating and flexible with my guests' requirements. Since they had a late-night flight, he helped with their checkout arrangements, making their departure much more convenient.I also noticed that the owner, manager, and staff ate the same food served to guests, which gave me confidence in the quality of the meals. The owner was friendly, took an interest in understanding our business, and even offered useful local suggestions.The hotel also has a meeting room that guests can use for discussions or business meetings, which is a useful feature.A few points to note: there is no rooftop facility, parking is somewhat limited, and the entrance steps are quite steep. Elderly guests may require some assistance when entering the property.Overall, my guests had a comfortable stay, and I found the management to be honest, accommodating, and customer-focused. Special thanks to Mr. Chandru for helping us at short notice and to the owner for his kindness and flexibility. Based on my experience, I would be happy to recommend One Time Hotel to friends, guests, and business associates visiting Bangalore.
