Our stay at the hotel was for 3 nights. We're there to attend a family event which was held at a close proximity to the hotel. The staff are well mannered and room service and cleanliness were maintained. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with good ambience and well behaved staff and food quality is great..specially their complimentary breakfast is too good....I have stayed here for multiple times....it's recommended for all business travellers as well as families

I booked the hotel’s Suite Room, expecting a better stay since it’s supposed to be the best category. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with hair lying on the bed, broken walls and furniture, and no TV in the living area. The tea tray was kept on the working desk, leaving no space to work.Despite requesting twice (morning and evening) to change the room, the staff were very arrogant and refused, saying that since I booked through Booking.com, they couldn’t provide a better room. This is shocking, especially when I had already booked the hotel’s top category suite.Overall, the staff was unprofessional, the service was terrible, and the room conditions were unacceptable. I will never suggest anyone book this hotel ’ it was a complete waste of money.Attaching the photos so that they can't lie ’’.

Visited The Grand Aroma (4-star hotel, Asansol) on June 23rd to celebrate my friend’s 24th birthday with a small group. While the setting looked premium and had potential for a great experience, a few things did fall short of expectations.’’ What We Liked:The ambience was clean and elegant’fitting for a special occasion.Some dishes stood out, especially the Butter Naan, Paneer Tikka Makhani, and Chicken Tikka Masala’rich flavors and well-cooked.Service was prompt, and the steward (Subhas) was polite throughout.’’ What Could Be Better:Prices were on the higher side for what we received. For instance, a simple Crispy Baby Corn cost ’269, and Kadai Murgh came to ’858 for just 2 portions.’117 charged for 3 water bottles (’39 each) at a 4-star hotel felt like overkill’such basics should be complimentary or at least reasonably priced.Even after a 10% discount, the total came to ’3256, which didn’t quite match the food quantity or overall luxury experience.GST applied across the board, including on packaged water, with no clear breakdown at the table.The atmosphere lacked celebratory warmth’a bit too formal and quiet for a birthday dinner.’ Final Thoughts:While the food and decor met the 4-star label, the pricing and birthday experience didn’t quite deliver the ’premium’ feel we expected. Good for formal dinners, but not ideal for festive get-togethers unless you’re okay with the higher spend".

Situated at the Ushagram area, Asansol, this hotel offers a comfortable stay to the travellers. The location of the hotel is very sound since it is placed by the GT Road and only a few mins away from the Kalipahari crossing that's why it is very easily connected to Kolkata by road and from the Asansol station this is around 3 km Away. Starting from the reception area to the room including the restaurants, this hotel has maintained a great piece of elegance in every decoration. I have booked a luxury room which is quite spacious, neat and clean and has all the necessary amenities. The bed and pillow were mostly importantly quite comfortable. The room was controlled by a centralised AC which was nicely working. They have tea makers staff inside the room along with some snacks as the mini bar items. the washroom was also neat and clean and moderately spacious. The housekeeping service was very prompt and behaviour from all the staff members are very cordial, warm and professional at the same time. The only point to mention over here is that there is no dedicated non smoking floor/ room in this hotel so the moment I checked into my room I could notice the smell of smoking inside which was not welcoming for me. This to me is a problem not to have a non-smoking room in the property. However, the issue was addressed by the house keeping and managed with room freshener. There are two restaurants in this hotel, one at the ground floor which is used for serving the buffet breakfast as well. the Breakfast spread is quite good including fruits, detox water, veg and non veg items with ready to order items as well but can be improved by adding a few more varieties as well. The decor of the restaurant resembles many European restaurants and definitely catches attention. The second one is a bar cum restaurant which is situated on the second floor which also has an amazing ambience. Starting from the floor to the wall and roof, the restaurant has its unique design. The food was excellent as well, we ordered Beer, pomegranate mojito, malai chicken tikka, chicken drums of heaven and chicken lemon coriander soup. The started items need special mention since they are all lip smacking! The same closes at 10:30 Pm. They also have a banquet, one roof top lounge for any celebration or meeting. There is a small swimming pool on the second floor which is also well maintained. The check in and checkout processes were smooth as well. They also have a sweet stall inside their property which sells Bengal sweet delicacies. Overall it was a nice and memorable stay throughout.
