’’’’ *1/5 - Worst Spa Experience EVER!*Tried booking a spa appointment at Greenwood Hotel Beltola, Guwahati for a week straight... NOTHING! They kept giving me phone numbers from one person to the other , like it's a joke. ’’- No priority for customers- No alternative dates suggested- Staff sounded super uninterested ’’Wanted a chill spa day, got stress instead ’’. Would NOT recommend till they fix their spa booking system.Honestly people don’t even waste your time. The worst ever!!!!

My recent stay at The Greenwood Guwahati was nothing short of fantastic. I've stayed at many properties, but this hotel truly stands out for its blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.The Ambiance and Rooms: The hotel's design is beautiful and elegant, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Room I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities, including a comfortable seating area and a quality flat-screen TV. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Some people might not like soft bed as it aggravates backache. The overall ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were impressive.Service and Hospitality: The staff at The Greenwood deserve special mention. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service in the restaurant, every interaction was pleasant and professional. They were helpful with every request, making my stay feel personalized and truly special. The 24-hour front desk and reliable room service were a great convenience.Amenities and Dining: The facilities are top-notch. The rooftop pool offers a lovely view of the city and is a great spot to unwind. I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness center. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and tasty, with a lot of variety, and the dinner menu offered delicious Indian and continental options.Location: Located in the Beltola area, the hotel is conveniently situated with easy access to many parts of Guwahati. Free valet and secured parking are a major plus if you're traveling with a vehicle.Overall: If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Guwahati with impeccable service, The Greenwood is the place to be.

Very clean and well decorated premium hotel. Rooms modern and all quality furniture.Had a great gym here.. cable machine, multi functional unit for shoulders and legs, dumbells upnto 25kg and a bench and bar, with plates upto about 70kg total.The roof top terrace resturant and jazz bar both closed when I visited. Also the beds are a little small.The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
