I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The tents were not clean and appeared poorly maintained. The washrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, making the stay very uncomfortable.There was a continuous water supply problem, which created unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. The staff seemed untrained and were unable to handle basic guest requirements professionally.The only positive aspect was the food, which was good and enjoyable. However, good food alone cannot compensate for the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate service.Overall, the resort is not maintained properly and does not provide the standard of service expected by guests. I would strongly advise others not to book this resort until significant improvements are made.
Need to maintain the property
It’s a good place but I suggest the owner to please talk to the management and please bring some educated manager at least one who can manage things properly and understand people problem. Delay in food delivery Water management Kitchen Inventory management I really want to see this place improve in these areas and I would like toVisit this place again because location is awesome.
