Our stay at Malshej Mist Resort was truly delightful. The setting is serene, lovely, and ideal for anyone wanting to escape the busy city life. What really stood out was the fantastic and accommodating staff, particularly Bijay and Suman, who were always polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Their kind hospitality made us feel at ease and welcomed throughout our visit. The highlight for us was the resort's authentic pet-friendly policy. We traveled with our pet and never felt uneasy or judged. No one told us not to bring our pet or restricted our activities with them. Instead, we were allowed to enjoy our holiday together. As pet owners, we fully accept responsibility for our pet's behavior, cleanliness, and safety. It was refreshing to find a resort that trusts responsible pet owners and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. The food was also fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, enhancing our overall experience. In summary, I would gladly recommend Malshej Mist Resort, especially for families and pet owners seeking a peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings, great food, excellent hospitality, and a truly pet-friendly environment.

I was considering booking a room for my trip, and I appreciate the honest reviews from others who have stayed here.

The place has great potential and is situated in a lovely location, but the overall stay was let down by bad service. The staff, particularly the main contact person, were rude and not helpful. Even though we were ready to pay, they refused to offer simple food or basic utensils, which was quite off-putting. The food quality was just average considering the cost. Our room had problems too, with the TV and AC remotes not functioning. While the property itself is promising, the hospitality, food quality, and upkeep require major enhancements.
