Lovely ambience, excellent food, and very courteous staff. The setting is elegant and relaxing, making it a great place for a special meal. Service was good overall, though there is a little room for improvement in speed. A very enjoyable experience and I would happily visit again. 4/5.

We extend our warmest thanks to the entire Oberoi Sukhvilas team for a truly memorable stay. Although our initial visit was affected by a full’property buy’out, the team handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and hospitality. Ultimately, we enjoyed a wonderful night at the property.The resort itself is stunning ’ grand yet understated. All dining experiences were excellent - Kanaan a particular standout. Yet as beautiful as the setting is, it was the people who truly elevated our stay.A particular highlight was the exceptional service provided by Ashith, whose anticipatory, attentive, and impeccably polished approach stood out across both of our dining experiences. We were also warmly welcomed and seen off by Kaveesh, cared for by Aman at the pool ’ who even managed to find me a pair of goggles ’ and enjoyed a lovely conversation with Ayooshi at dinner. In addition to these standout moments, every other touchpoint ’ from the welcome as we stepped out of the car, to the airport transfers, to the front desk ’ was consistently warm, attentive, and thoroughly professional.We highly recommend The Oberoi Sukhvilas. Our sincere thanks once again to the entire team.

Set amidst open fields and bordering a protected forest area, the hotel offers a serene, lush setting. The property is beautifully maintained, with greenery all around creating a peaceful atmosphere. Service and hospitality were top notch exactly what you’d expect from Oberoi.The rooms, while comfortable and well kept, are beginning to show some signs of wear. The pool and spa were fabulous, both delivering a truly relaxing experience.The only area that fell short was the food. Breakfast was excellent, but several dishes ordered to the room for lunch and dinner were disappointing; lacking both authenticity and flavor.

We recently stayed at Oberoi Sukhvilas to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday, and honestly, the experience was just amazing from start to finish.The hospitality was top notch ’ easily a 10/10. Every staff member we interacted with was super attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.A special thanks to Ms. Tithi at Anant Mahal restaurant who took great care of us during our meals. Also, Ms. Alisha at breakfast service was extremely efficient and so warm ’ she was especially great with our kids, which made a big difference for us as parents.At Kaanan restaurant, Shreya and Rajesh made our experience even better. Rajesh served some excellent mocktails and guided us really well with the local food options. Shreya made sure the kids were comfortable and at ease, which we truly appreciated.A big shoutout to Mr. Keshav as well ’ he got the kids involved in a cookie-making activity which they absolutely loved. He was also very quick to help us around the property whenever needed.The only thing worth mentioning is that since the property is in the middle of the forest, there were quite a few flies and insects around, and we did experience them occasionally near the food. That said, we completely understand this is part of the natural surroundings and not something in the staff’s control ’ they were clearly trying their best to manage it.Overall, the whole trip felt very special and memorable, exactly what we wanted for our daughter’s birthday celebration. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service.

Visited the place recently and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The glasses provided for water were extremely dirty, which was very unhygienic and not expected at all.We ordered coffee, and even small restaurants usually serve cookies or some small complementary snacks with it. However, nothing at all was offered here. Surprisingly, most 5-star hotels at least serve complementary cookies or some namkeen with coffee, but that basic hospitality was missing.We also ordered a pizza, which took around 20 minutes to arrive. Even after that, no staff member came to serve water or check on the table. The overall service felt very careless and unprofessional.To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, it took another 10’15 minutes just to receive it.Overall, the service quality was extremely poor and far below expectations. Definitely not the level of hospitality one would expect.
