The stay was frustrating due to poor cleanliness, found few mouse roaming around and lackluster housekeeping, which overshadowed the decent VWi-Fi. The location was inconvenient with limited transport options and no nearby shopping or appealing views. Staff were unhelpful, and the facilities were inadequate, making the overall experience below expectations and not worth the price.I don't know how the ratings are so good..!

Disappointing Stay, Poor Value

Considering the price they charge, this was a very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom lacked even basic amenities like a bucket. The flush and geyser were not working, and the bathroom itself was not maintained well. Another drawback was that the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the stay was manageable, it certainly did not justify the price. There are much better hotels in Chandigarh offering better facilities and value for money. I would recommend considering other options before booking this property.
