Very bad experience with ixigo. We mistakenly booked for next day and we tried and requested to convert our booking for the same day but not helped by ixigo and hotel staff and even no refund was issued. Overall we lost all 5000 rupees. No single penny was returned.

Worst hotel in the price range. I have stayed here for a couple of times but everytime the experience is the same. Do not bother booking this place unless you can't find another place in this budget. I will always give them 1 star
