Super dirty bedsheets, bathroom, bucket, their utensils ( we only ordered tea), never visit such a dirty hotels please
My stay at the Alpine Hotel in Chandigarh was very disappointing. I encountered several issues that made the stay uncomfortable:Hygiene: The bathroom was not okay and felt poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the room towels had a disgusting, bad smell.AC Issues: In a bizarre policy, guests are not given the AC remote. If you want to change the temperature, you are forced to call the hotel staff every single time. This is extremely inconvenient and not what you expect from a professional hotel.
Many negative points were observed, even after booking an upper-class room: The beds and blankets were dirty. The entire room had a bad smell. The fan was making noise while running. The room was not soundproof—outside noise could be clearly heard. The bathroom was also not in good condition. I would not recommend booking this hotel in advance. After reaching Chandigarh, you can easily find cleaner rooms at a better price nearby. I was personally offered better options outside Chandigarh Railway Station.
