The Orange House

We stayed in their Orchid House property which is located above the post office, Anjuna building. Few things to note:1. If you are expecting luxury including TV and other amenities, then this place is not for you. The beds are super comfortable, but apart from that, do not expect any other amenities.2. The shower sprayer in our bathroom was not working and even the water was not hot enough for the bath. I understand it was the rainy season, but it would have been great if there was a geyser instead of a solar water heater.3. The room was not ready on arrival even after calling and confirming our approx time of arrival one day prior in advance. Although , the host apologised for the same.4. Do not expect service if you are staying at the Post Office property. We complained about the shower thing and the host promised she would come and get it checked, but no one came and not even called to check whether the issue still persisted or not.5. Coming to the best part. Goa is a place where you find everything costly. If your budget is low and if you want to spend less in stays and more on partying, then this place is for you. This place should be one of the cheapest stays in the Anjuna area I believe. And as I mentioned earlier, the beds here are super comfortable. You will definitely get a good night's sleep here.

Rooms are spacious, clean and have balcony to each room. Hot water was available 24*7. Includes refrigerator but no wardrobes. Four wheeler parking available for 1-2 cars. Overall good deal.

This place has Goan feels, a spacious room with balcony. It’s pretty close to Anjuna beach and you can easily get food/groceries delivered by Swiggy. They also provide refrigerator and water graciously. Just be sure you are ready by 11 am for checkout. Owners are sweet. Value for money option as they have ac rooms in affordable price. The beds are bit hard but you will get up early to witness sunrise so it’s a blessing in disguise. :)

Awesome is the word! Everytime returning to the stay from beaches, outside, market, i used to be happy thinking about the spacious yet cozy room, clean, comfortable, hygienic and what not! The beds are literally huge and super comfy. AC and Non Ac both rooms are available at Such an affordable price and at a superb location. Been goa 6-7 times and opt this place as i know i can stay there without thinking about anything. Owner is such a sweetheart, takes care of all your needs. 5 litre water bottle, clean towels, fridge, a sink in the room etc etc. A personal balcony is attached in each room, such a treat. Anjuna beach, baga beach, curlies all are super near by. Stay there and you will get to know what am talking about. Swimming pool is not available though which i think is not needed in goa and its city of beaches. Kudos to Orange House :) for making my trip special as always.
