Located at the center of the city and reasonably priced, its a good choice. But rooms are ok, you can observe that maintenance is on a low budget. But still it can be booked for its location.Only drawback is bad breakfast and bad attitude of restaurant staff. The guy in the red shirt was on his phone till the time we finished breakfast almost 40 mins. In between we asked him for chai he replied without getting up and still looking at his phone " aa jayegi, wait kariye " we asked some young guy in black shirt for chai he replied " hmmm, dekhta hoon " and he disappeared. Finally got chai after 20 mins which was bad in taste.And sambhar was stale since it was stinking and must have been boiled for reuse. We complained and it was replaced within 5 mins. That means a fresh batch was already prepared but they wanted to finish the stale batch first. Idlis were stinking and dry, must be made from leftover batter. Cakes, breads, were too dry as if same unused batches are being reused.Overall food is their worst part.The only good thing is their brewery with mango beer included in their menu.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. This property may have once been a good hotel, but now it seems to be relying solely on its past reputation.Considering the pricing, the overall quality is below average. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the cleanliness standards were lacking. Basic upkeep and attention to detail appeared to be missing.Additionally, the food did not meet expectations. The quality and taste were underwhelming, especially for the price being charged.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel in its current condition, as it does not offer value for money.

Staff is very arrogant.. his name is rawut.. they gave me suit room.. but it was very dusty.. bath shower broken.. can’t take bath.. and he arguments with me’ I have checked in 5th march 2026.. but guy’s I recommend to all please don’t book this Piccadilly hotel in Chandigarh very poor condition of room ’ they charged us suit room and giving me broken shower.. poor condition of room
