Staff is very arrogant.. his name is rawut.. they gave me suit room.. but it was very dusty.. bath shower broken.. can’t take bath.. and he arguments with me’ I have checked in 5th march 2026.. but guy’s I recommend to all please don’t book this Piccadilly hotel in Chandigarh very poor condition of room ’ they charged us suit room and giving me broken shower.. poor condition of room

Good location and decent room layout, but overall maintenance and service need significant improvement.Pros:’Nicely arranged room with a comfortable loveseat sofa.’Bell staff were friendly and helpful.’Strategic location near shopping areas and attractions like Sukhna Lake and the Rock Garden.Cons:’Poor maintenance of in-room facilities. In my room, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, the hair dryer overheated and stopped functioning, and there was a damp smell. Similar issues were also reported by other guests.’Very weak Wi-Fi; even basic video streaming was difficult.’Rooms are not well soundproofed.’Slow hospitality response. A simple request for drinking water took an unusually long time and required going to the reception in person.’Extra room key was not provided despite a reasonable request. The key slot being jammed with paper felt unprofessional.’Elevators are noticeably slow, especially during peak hours.’The room view is not appealing, and opening the curtains raises privacy concerns as nearby residential houses are directly facing the windows.Overall:The hotel has potential due to its location, but poor upkeep, slow service, and lack of attention to guest comfort significantly reduce the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at The Piccadilly Hotel, Chandigarh. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect’close to key attractions and shopping areas. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was prompt. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had a marriage function in Piccadily Hotel Chandigarh . Entire hotel was booked by us for 2 days. Service quality and behaviour of entire staff was excellent. Mr Prem Saini GM and Mr Sunil Kumar Jaswal Banquet Manager did a wonderful job . Mr Arun front office manager , Ms. Gur Simran and bar tender Boy ( name I don’t know, he belongs to Kulrian village ) also did wonderful jobKeep it up ’’??
