Please don't stay at this hotel ’’??..I had a very bad experience at this hotel.The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. The rooms were very unclean, and the bed sheets were dirty which made the stay uncomfortable.There was no proper facility for water geyser as the system was not working properly. The bathroom condition was even worse ’ toilet seats were broken and not maintained at all.Dustbins were not emptied, which clearly shows lack of basic hygiene.On top of that, when we requested a refund after making the payment (as we wanted to shift to another hotel), they refused to return the money.Also, do not book this hotel just by looking at the photos. The pictures shown online are completely different from the actual reality.Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms and washrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Hygiene standards were unacceptable, and even basic facilities like the geyser were not working.The service was completely unsatisfactory. The staff was rude, uncooperative, and showed no interest in resolving any issues or complaints.
