OYO 12038 Hotel Alishan

1) When I booked this room, no check-in timing was shown but when I called after booking, they said the room would be vacant after 11 Am or at 4 pm in the evening 2) At the time of booking, it was not shown whether the room was AC or non-AC 3) When I saw the room during check-in, it was different from the images shown at the time of booking. It was a very dirty room, non-AC 4) The washroom was also outside the room 5) When I asked for an AC room, I was charged Rs. 500 extra 6) The rooms were very small, the bedsheets were also dirty, no blankets, there was a very bad smell in the rooms

Do not expect any good service either from this hotel or from Agoda if anything goes wrong.

Room condition is very very poor and unhygienic please dont book any room in this hotel i also suffer with the situation you can check images upload by me that u can compare it with online or offline

Very bad experience,staff behaviour is very bad,they tend to give best rooms to couples not to those who have to live there for a day or more than that,mine room was dirtiest i have ever seen, cockroaches here n there in the night,bed sheet was dirty,condoms under bed and a underwear too there,i asked for another room they didn't gave though there were empty rooms, neither they cleaned the room, moreover they charged me more compared to online (145 more) no water ,i strongly recommend to avoid this place,it is only for those who wanna have some fun for couple of hours not for those who want to stay for some work

Very bad room am checked the room and stay other hotel and my money no return from hotel
