This was one of the worst and most alarming hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. My wife had a fully prepaid booking and arrived around 10 PM after traveling alone, yet the staff outright refused to let her check in. This is not just poor service’it is completely unacceptable.What made it worse was the behavior of the staff and the owner. Instead of resolving the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and intimidating. Leaving a solo female guest stranded at night despite a confirmed, paid booking shows a shocking lack of responsibility and basic human decency.This hotel clearly does not care about guest safety, professionalism, or honoring bookings. Their conduct raises serious concerns about how they treat customers, especially women traveling alone.Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better and safer options than risking your time, money, and safety here.

Worst experience will never recommend this to anyone. I was in the city for a meeting next day and This is the my experience at 10 p.m at night when i reached this hotel for check-in. i booked the room the same day in afternoon around 2 p.m through a website and at decent prices and when i reached the hotel i was denied check-in because the person on reception said they don't deal with that site only through which i did my booking on which there hotel is listed and was taking booking at that same time also and then demanded extra 1500 for giving me check-in for the room and then when i denied this then the platform contacted them and asked what is the matter and then the platform gave me a reservation in other hotel that was Clark Inn in zirakpur in that that price then the hotel gave me the room at the same price and through the same website which according to them they did not deal with and then i checked in the same hotel and after 10 minutes thay again come and say that my booking is canceled and then they moved me out of the room again after giving me the check-in at that same amount and with the same booking platform i booked the hotel with and this all happened at 11 p.m. at night and after that i walked out of the hotel and checked-in Clarks Inn in Zirakpur that the platform arranged for me i paid 3500 for the room and the room looked like just 2000 and they demanded money like they are some 5 star hotel chain and Clarks Inn a better and good hotel was cheaper than this one. Please don't book this hotel if ypu want a peaceful stay.

A confirmed booking clearly means nothing here.I would strongly caution anyone planning to stay’especially families or solo travelers arriving late at night. Think twice before booking, as you may be left stranded despite paying in advance.’Staff was rude, owner in so much of attitude, no scene at all.
