Good stay at affordable price but food not up to the mark

We are very disappointed during our recent visit 3rd to 4th July 2026. We have been allotted 3 standard AC Room 205, 206 & 207 as because Delux room not available but basic things are not upto mark. In Room no. 205 AC & Fan both were not working properly and hygiene of all 3 rooms were not at all maintained especially bathroom.We choosed this hotel because of 2 reason where 1 is for near sea beach which is good but another reason was their swimming pool and that was the biggest misery. Very pathetic maintaining of swimming pool it smells like bleaching powder and various insects also were there.Food is just ’’’’....paid Rs. 220 for a chicken sandwich (picture attached) which was totally waste and that's why not ordered anything else except few cups of coffee and for which waiting time was also very long for their pathetic service.Only good thing is their location from sea beach.

We booked a Superior Room expecting a comfortable stay, but the experience was extremely disappointing.The room AC barely cooled the room, and its fins were broken, showing a complete lack of maintenance. The bathroom had either no water supply or, when water was available, it was dirty and yellowish, making it unsuitable for use. These are basic amenities that every hotel should provide, especially for a superior category room.The only positive aspect of our stay was the food and the staff service, both of which were good. Unfortunately, they could not make up for the poor room condition and inadequate maintenance.Overall, except for the food and service, everything else was pathetic. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve the condition and maintenance of their rooms.

Telling about location its 10/10 just 300m to beach at walking distance though no beach view, service also 10/10 , about rooms we booked 2 rooms one ok another one contain plenty of dirt at washroom also throughout the trip A/C was a bitter problem which was unable to solved.**Recommend to not use pool cuz that was not washed or maintained.They got a nice photogenic corridor throughout the 3 storey and terrace a must visit place.
