Very good hotel near the sea beach. Approximately 150 metre from beach. Rooms are well decorated and spacious. Got nice deal through flipkart.The staffs are also very cooperative and well mannered. They are always ready to help.

**Horrible. Terrible. Worst.**This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.To begin with, the **receptionist lady was extremely rude**, and the same attitude reflected in the rest of the staff. There was zero sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. The hotel is also **not front-facing** as one might assume’it is tucked away at the **backside, in the third row**, which already feels misleading.The **lobby initially gives a slightly better impression**, but the moment you enter the rooms’ oh boy. I genuinely don’t know where to start.* **Broken latches** in both the room and bathroom* **Absolutely filthy toilets**, with poop left in the pot* **Strong foul smell** in the washrooms* **No sunlight or ventilation** in the so-called *premium rooms*We were travelling with family and had booked **two premium rooms**, and shockingly, **both rooms were in the exact same pathetic condition**.To make matters worse, **no basic toiletries were provided**. No dental kit, no essentials’nothing. We had to request **at least 10 times** before they finally handed it over.The same struggle happened with **towels**’none were provided initially. After repeatedly calling reception and housekeeping multiple times, they finally gave towels, as if they were doing us a favour.The **service is outright horrible**.* No outside food allowed* Their own kitchen closes early* No flexibility or basic accommodation for guestsNow comes the most **inhuman and disturbing part**, involving the receptionist.We were **three female family members** and requested towels to carry to the beach. They flatly refused, saying they don’t provide beach towels. We then requested **room towels**, which were also denied.We even offered to **pay extra caution money** or clean the towels ourselves before returning them’but still, they refused, giving a ridiculous excuse that ’if we allow one, everyone will ask.’At that moment, **no other guests were even present**.Imagine the situation: **three women being sent to the beach without towels**, in an unfamiliar place, late in the day. Anyone travelling with family’especially women’will understand how unsafe and uncomfortable that feels. It was deeply insensitive and irresponsible on their part.After returning from the beach, the room was filled with sand. I requested housekeeping to clean it, but **no one showed up**. Instead, we were told that housekeeping is done **only once a day before check-in**, and not after. Completely unacceptable.I genuinely felt like **fleeing that very night**, especially since I was travelling with **elderly parents and a younger sister**.As for the **swimming pool**’it was **poorly maintained, smelly, and freezing cold** (we were travelling in December). Definitely not usable.At checkout, they started **adding hidden charges**, which were never clearly communicated earlier. On top of that, they informed us that **breakfast was unavailable**, even if we were willing to pay, because it was the 25th. No prior intimation, no apology’nothing.**Everything about this stay was a nightmare.**Spending so much money for this experience is something I deeply regret. I had read previous reviews and trusted them, but my experience was **nothing short of disastrous**.’’ **Beware. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone’especially families or women travellers.**Save your money, your peace of mind, and your safety.
